Credentials at a glance:
I have supported families with pediatric sleep since 2022. I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Interventionist through the Palm Pediatric Training Institute (PPTI) — the only certification designed specifically to support children with special needs — and I also bring extensive behavioral sleep training through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. I hold a master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and a clear teaching credential, which shape how I break complex challenges into manageable steps and help families find the just-right challenge — not too easy and not too hard. My work integrates science, nervous-system awareness, and a collaborative, family-centered philosophy.
A Body-First Approach to Better Sleep
I use a body-first ("bottoms-up") approach to sleep support.
That means we begin by checking in with your child’s body before focusing on schedules, routines, or sleep spaces. Together, we make sure your child’s body has the support it needs to rest well.
I ask thoughtful, sometimes surprising questions about things like eating, digestion, and pooping, because these everyday details matter more than most people realize. When needed, I collaborate with your child’s doctor so we’re all aligned. We look closely at what you can control to support healthy melatonin production and keep cortisol from hijacking sleep.
This is the part many sleep approaches skip. It is also the foundation that makes everything else work.
My work is grounded in both experience and formal training.
I began supporting families with sleep in 2022, using a more behavioral framework through training with the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. That foundation gave me a strong understanding of sleep from a behavioral lens.
In 2024, I became a Certified Pediatric Sleep Interventionist through the Palm Pediatric Training Institute (PPTI) — the only certification in Pediatric Sleep Intervention designed specifically to support children with special needs. This advanced, body-first, relational approach aligns deeply with my nervous-system-informed values and guides how I support families today.
Then We Build the Structure
Once your child’s body is set up for success, we turn our attention to the sleep environment and daily rhythms.
My approach is collaborative and respectful. You are the expert on your child, your family, and your goals. I bring the tools, the science, and the pattern-spotting. And yes, I have a very full toolbox.
Together, we choose strategies that fit your values, your nervous systems, and your real life.
An Invitation
What if sleep didn’t feel like a battle?
What if nights were more predictable, and days felt steadier?
What if it all goes right?
Let’s find out — together.
Schedule a free sleep intro call
The first step to feeling rested, connected, and thriving is to schedule a free sleep intro call so that we can see what you need and whether it’s a good fit to work together.
2. Fill out the questionnaires
Before the call, I will send some questionnaires. These questionnaires give me the background information that I need to make an educated guess about how much support your family might need.
3. Get started on your journey to feeling more rested, connected, and thriving!
During that call, we will look at your child’s motivators, strengths, and challenges when it comes to sleep. The goal is to clarify what’s working and what isn’t working, so that we know how we can move forward together.
