I offer sleep coaching that is customized to your child and family, and I do it in a way that builds your child’s resilience and works within their “just right challenge” - not too easy and not too hard - using evidence-based, developmentally-informed, and attachment-focused support.
Parents are experts in their kids, and I am here to offer encouragement, tools, and empowerment to help parents to function at their best, for the good of BOTH themselves and their kids.
