Or does someone need some time to decompress beforehand? Our goal this week is to make a plan with your partner, or even to make a plan with another friend. It can be helpful to have multiple friends that you can rely on for a stress reducing conversation. In my house, I have been working on increasing the number of friends that I can call for a stress reducing conversation, especially when my husband is out of town.
